"This very handsome, 19-story apartment building at 230 Riverside Drive on the northeast corner at 95th Street was erected in 1931 by Ralph Ciluzzi and converted to condominiums in 2004.

It has 269 apartments and was designed by Charles H. Lench. This premier, prewar condominium has fabulous amenities including full-time doormen, fully equipped fitness center, playroom, key card-operated laundry room, bike storage, and a landscaped courtyard. Additionally, the building is pet-friendly and within close proximity to the 96th Street express subway station. There is currently a monthly assessment of $65.74 through December 31, 2018." "The lobby is being renovated. There is a prewar mosaic whuch is the focal point and view from the lobby will look out onto a very well landscaped garden area. It is not finished but the renderings look very good. The building is in the process of being converted into a condo. So there is no board approval. The units are sponsor units. It is a wonderful location on 95th St and Riverside Dr. You step out the door and Riverside Park is right there. A short walk and you can be in Central Park. Like the parks this location also gives the choice of two different subways lines: 2 blocks from Broaday where you have the express stop on the 7th Ave IRT, the #1, 2, and 3 trains. There is also the 104 bus. and the M96 cross town. You also have access to the B and C trains at Central Park West and a variety of buses running on Amsterdam and Columbus. Gourmat Gargage is at B`Way/ 96th. There is a great bike shop and a hugh plant store that are well known throughout the Upper West Side. There is a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood."

"Full service, Doorman (cannot under rate this!). The lobby is being renovated and a common central garden area is being built. Thre will be storage areas available in the absement, laundry room, and looks like a gym will be put into the basement (to be decided later on by the tenants). Low common charges (~ Recent Condominium conversion. No Board. Still a number of rentals int he building, but they are converted as they become available. 2 Blocks to 1,2, 3 trains. Riverside Park at your doorstep. Central Park a short 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, shops, Tal Bagels, Carmines, Cleopatra`s Needle, 2 Blocks to Broadway. West End is the family block and Riverside Drive is a serious Park block! Easy access to the water, as well. Columbia a 20 minute walk, minutes by subway. Symphony SPace"

Full laundry facilities, tenants lounge and gym Going through condo conversion, all units are being sold through the sponsor so there is no board involved at the present time one block from the express subway on 96ht street, across from riverside park, easy access to west side highway. Little more that a block away from Broadway and all the best shops and restaurants. Symphony Hayy (concert hall) is on 95th and Broadway, great shows. There is much more"
