"This attractive, 21-story rental apartment building at 41-42 24th Street in Long Island City has 421 units and was erected in 2015. It was developed by the World-Wide Group and designed by Perkins Eastman. It is a U-shaped building with some setbacks and a large, landscaped central courtyard. The building has a co-generation system with light-saving sensors in corridors and stairs and Energy Star appliances.
