Interiors include sliding room dividers, closets made of semi-opaque glass and staircases angled out of walls to appear as if they are floating. In keeping with such an aesthetic, toilets are also set in bathroom walls.

Apartments have relatively low monthly common charges, even with such amenities as a 24-hour doorman and a health club. With Astor Place and Cooper Union nearby, it is also located close to public transportation and shops.

"Spectacular condo loft coversion of a 1892 landmark building with a full-time doorman, concierge, and superintendant. There is also private storage and a fitness center for residents. The building is managed by Andrews Building Corporation. They do require the past two years tax returns, four reference letters, and complete financial information. At this time, they require four copies to go to board members before they will issue the waiver. Astor Place is where several neighborhoods meet, so it is perfectly situated between NoHo, the East Village, and Greenwich Village. The 6-train and the N/R subways are on the same block as the apartment and every possible amenity is available within easy walking distance. Some of the neighborhood`s best restaurants are: Indochine, Butter, and Il Cantinori."
